Can I change my order?: 

If your order has already been processed, changes and cancellations cannot be made until you receive the item. Once you receive the item, please go through the return or exchange process to make the desired change. Please see our returns and shipping policy for additional details.  

 

How do I cancel my order? 

Please email us at support@waavmakers.com with your order # and a brief description of your request. Our customer service team will determine if we are able to process your order change, and get back to you! 

 

Can I expedite my order?: 

We love that you want your WAAV Planner ASAP! Because we’d like to support our United States Postal Service, we refer to their shipping and delivery schedules when sending out orders. 

 

Can I have my orders shipped to a PO Box? Unfortunately, no.  

 

Do you offer price matching?  Since we are a small business, we do not offer price matching at this time. 

Do you give bulk order discounts? 

Since we are a small business, we do not have the capabilities of completing a bulk order requests at this time. You are welcome to purchase these items individually though, through the “Our Goods” section of our website, or email us at support@waavmakers.com if you have further questions. 

 

Do you accept purchase orders? 

All orders made through WAAVMakers.com must be paid in full upon purchase. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. 

 

We are tax exempt; how do we process an order? 

At this time WAAVMakers.com applies state sales tax to orders placed in California, Arkansas, Tennessee and Texas. In order to receive tax exempt status, please email your completed tax-exempt certificate to support@waavmakers.com for our records. Once your documents are received, you may place an order online and send us an email providing your order confirmation number. We will then be able to reimburse you for the sales
